instead of running itunes, can you just have it read the the ituneslibrary.xml and have another program(bs player/winamp) to play the files? of course drm-ed files couldn't be played- but i think this will be a nice option to have.
and is there anyway to up the resolution? i'm running 1600x1200 and it's quite fuzzy/grainy..

Probably, the download goes thru a PHP script first (to count the number of downloads or to disable deeplinking). The PHP script probably doesnt't do any cache-control, so your browser is fetching the page (in this case, file) from its cache.
No I dont think thats the problem. I tried downloading this on several different browsers. Let me clarify what's happening: When I download its called Setup Sarah Media.exe, but then when I open the exe the installation for a program called "icon changer" appears. Also I never downloaded this program and have no idea what its so I dont think its coming from the cache. Something wrong with the site maybe? Could someone upload the program to sendspace/rapidshare etc. because this certainly looks interesting. Thanks
could someone extract all the resources from the actual FrontRow? such as the sounds, and pictures?

Almost everything is working fine (and very fast too). Here are few questions (is this going to be solved in next release):
If you start SARAH MEDIA and do not close itunes before starting you get many errors
Pictures - no problem
DVD - haven't tried yet
Music - If i choose MUSIC -> SONGS -> and then pick a song -> i get now CATASTOPHIC FAILURE!!!
This isn't happening if i go eg. MUSIC - PLAYLIST - etc. - and then pick a song
MOVIES - is it the openGL thing that when i pick a movie from the list and i want the movie to play in fullscreen i can't get anything, just blank (white or black) screen. Same thing is happening if i start movie windowed and then try to switch to full screen. In windowed mode i get white screen behind movie window. IF DEFAULT MOVIE PLAYER IS WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER EVERYTHING IS OK - but i don't want it as default, i'm using mv2 player

For the movies, if it work with Windows Media Player, the problem is not due to Sarah Media !!! Sorry... It is mv2 player that has a graphic bug !!!

i cant install it for some reason...try to start the installer and a window pops up that says:
Command Line Parameters:
/L Language ID
/S Hide initialization diaglog etc (list of parameters)
I click the ok button and the dialog box closes but no installer loads up..Seems to have to closed as well looking in task manager.
Re-downloaded 3 times and still the same problem. Do you know wot could be wrong?

Yeah, same happens to me, apart from mine is WinPlosion Setup....?! :S lol im clueless why this is happening and would also really like to try this out!
UPDATE : Solved! Change the directory your browser save's its files at then redownload...worked for me!

Well i have a big problem
I can sucefully install it, it searches my itunes database but then the config menu appears again, i reconfigure it it scans itunes and the dialog appears again and again ...
Between the config menu appears again i can see a little rounded rectagle wich starts itunes.
Any way to fix it ?

try to decheck the automatic iTunes search in the config menu.

But i forgot to add the music path in the configurator, you should let it be uncofigured or just deisplay a popup about that
PS : Only setting the music path or only setting the itunes thing doesn't work , you need to do both

This is probably a really stupid question, so forgive me in advance...
Someone else in this topic had a problem similar to this, but when I open up the program, it cycles the config endlessly. I unchecked the box about looking at iTunes per every start and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a couple of times. But I cannot stop it from endlessly running through the config program. Thanks in advance, sorry for asking a question that probably has a really obvious answer.

The same thing happened to me with iCover.
LeVeL and strija : The problem is because of your screen resolution... Please, send me your resolution and I will try ( try to use it in 1024*768 for exemple ).
Infact the problem is because of the 3d fonts transformations ! :-s
In russian, how many characters have you ? ( I think too much ! lol )
In english, It is your screen resolution or your memory !
Dogbert32 : please, look in the Sarah Media directory and tell me if a file called configuration.dt is here !
Do not forget, you must do ALL the steps of the configuration menu and click on TERMINATE in the last step !
