is there a way (any) to get them thoguht bubbles in Trillian PRO?
like could someone wright a plugin?
the colors of the bubbles don't have to be customizable just red for you (the user) and blue for the person your talking to... but customiing is good!

I've been wanting that feature with any client that connects to aim. Debating wether to code one or not because I've yet to see anyone do it. Anyone else interested in an app like this?
Maybe you can talk to Jef if you are really interested in coding it. He had it in iTalk.

Update so far: interface is coming together and i got it working with my own host server for the chat but i need more info on how to communicate with aim network or otherwise its just a pretty interface to talk to only people running this prog. I now see why nothing like this has been done before, communicating with aim is a pain 
atm its done as an mfc app in vc++, but i may change over to some good 'ol c#. If any of the other programmers are interested in helping out with this some so more features can be added and get this out quicker then contact me.

Yes, thats exactly what i'm doing 
but it'll probably never work with aim, unless i can find out better how aim network works.
Althouhg Im far froma programmer of any sorts, I know AIM runs a set of protocols called OSCAR, so looking up nfo about that might help.
thnx, i had forgotten about those (Y) I found this which should help AIM Specifications And we continue forward. Gonna have to work on it tommorrow though, off to my gf's to relax after over 50 hours of work this week, we had a couple of golf tournaments which kept us busy.
I was helping write a visual chat client... though its not "IM"... it has bubbles... and they could be customized.
there were versions written for windows and macos x.

why doesnt someone just create a trillian plugin? its much more simple than a new client. with danimators new ichatAV skin it would be sweet to have chat bubbles!!!
