The set on the right side of the screen is a combo of Minite for Windows (discs, recolored and relabeled) and Inize (Misc..., recolored). The ones on the left are Minium (toolbar -> simple) icons.

The weather widget is syssats for Avedesk... The widget is a simple weather widget (I don't remember where from) with a modded background. The background is from Minite for Windows iconset, recolored.
