That's cool, what are you using for the volume thingie in the taskbar ? a fast guess would be True Launch bar ?

Never really got into True Launch Bar (probably something to do with the cost..; simple Samurize config. Benefit is it always shows the current volume regardless of how you changed it (useful for my keyboard hotkeys). Also doesn't mess with games unlike 3r1c and similar apps which tab out when volume is changed. The Samurize plugin can also be configured for any volume in the mixer easily and you can change level using the mouse if you want.
