So GUI doesn't really matter because your not going to stare at the iPod's GUI like an idiot.Me, I have a Mini. In my opinion, that's all I ever really need. The new gen iPod (video), is a waste of time for Apple. Who watches videos on an iPod? If I wanted to watch something, I would get a frikken laptop.
As for bass, yes it does suck. But, put your EQ to Rock and you'll get decent bass and such.
GUI doesn't really matter? You're right if you've mastered some telepathy tech the rest of us don't know about. And get your facts straight, looks and GUI are two different things but apparently you can't diferentiate between the two.
What good is perfect hardware if GUI sucks so much you can't use it in a productive and enjoyable way? Why are you at a GUI moding forum when you think GUI isn't important? Without good UI even the best hardware is useless.
As for videos, it's a good addition and a FREE one at that. If it was more expensive than the regular iPod, i'd agree, but since it's not, i disagree. I don't see anyone forcing you to watch videos on the iPod! You get a thinner iPod with longer battery life AND free option to play videos, yet you still whine. I guess it's what you do as a hobby. :slant:
