Im agnostic and i celebrate christmas, but i dont do the decorations or anything like that just exchange presents and enjoy the holiday spirit. its just a time in the year where people are nice to you, or atleast trys to be nice. oh and did i mention the presents.
same here, i dont celebrate for the religious aspects of the holiday, just the fun.

Realitybath - I would say the definition of athiest is "A person who does not follow a religion" rather than "A person who does not believe in god" for these reasons:
- "...does not believe in god" makes the impression that you mean the christian god, because they didn't give him a name. "...does not believe in a god" would be better
- some people (but not all that many) follow the rules of a religion, but not believe in/follow the actual religion (thier holy text, stories, gods, prophits, etc)

Yes, I am a Christian. No Santa, but we do exchange gifts and have fun. It's like any normal Christmas with parties and food, but we do make time for prayers and other religious-type traditions.

I was just joking, but, for your first point, an atheist is by definition an outsider(to religion) looking in. This means that although a certain religion may name their god, the outsider still can define(for themselves) their named god as the generic 'god'. There are actually quite a few religions where 'naming' god is taboo, such that there is no official name for their god, which means that saying 'god' is not defining the negation's target as a christian god. Additionally, atheists do not believe in multiple gods either (ie. Greek pantheon), so "believe in god/s" would be more correct.
I'm not too sure about the second point you make, although I know that many forms of spiritualism/etc. (passive religiousity, pantheism, animism) still have connotations that what is spiritual is an essence which is in many respects 'godly'... ie. new agers are often unknowingly pantheists who practice beliefs whereby god is in/of everything(we are also 'of' god, in a sense an integral part of god).
Anyways its not really black and white, since some define atheism as including non-belief in the type of spirituality you describe (in addition to the simple non-belief in god), which means you would be correct. Others, however define it simply as non-belief in god/s, while moving those who exhibit non-belief in spiritual beliefs/practices into the 'Agnostic' category.

well if u still belive in a god/creator then you would be considered agnostic witch means one who belives in a god/creator but does not belive there is any proof that this god/creator exists. as for the rules of a religion, i consider those more morals that "holy rules", like an example of how you should live your life but not the way you have too. but thats just my veiw on the whole thing.
instead of having a "do you celebrate xmas" poll, why not poll what holiday people celebrate? this poll just seems very black and white regardless of the different explanations behind each yes and no question.

- A mixture of german and spanish tradition; Its mostly a day of humanity for me, thats what i celebrate... not the religious part of it

My parents would like to think i celebrate in the classical *christ is born rejoice!!!* sense.
But unbeknowenst to them i am currently agnostic (this means believe in god but not religion right???). I go to church every week, because they take me and its easier to go than argue, but i rarely pay attention.
I love the bringing together of families, etc.
Oh and we have fresh seafood, cause who want turkey when it's 34 degrees outside??? (celsius)
Well...i don't celebrate it since i'm a muslim..yet i love to see people get together and share happiness....
