Desktop changer

I made a wallpaper changer...|||

Just like apple computer does...(fade it and fade out...)

made by flash...

there's an ini file you can set how many picture you want it to display randomly~

how often (minutes) will it change ....

it'll chang your wallpaper randomly~

and

be cause it is made by flash ...so you have to display the webpage on your desktop...and cover desktop....

or.........there is a program already do this ???

I think there is no app that can make the fading effect, the desktop switching yes, it would be cool if you could provide us a link with that.

would it be possible for one pic to just fade into the next w/o the white space, or the next pic to fade in out of the white space instead of just appearing?

I do know a little problem there...

but it only have very very small chance for that...

it should fade in to another pic....

if you saw it fade in to white...

than refresh the webpage right away...

it'll be total perfect there....

Looks good but how is the CPU usage? A lot of us are using Nostalgic which works exactly like OSX. It zooms in and out while it pans left/right or up/down while it dissolves from one pic to another depending on the size of the pics.

Nostalgic is a screensaver that does what your desktop does...but ONLY as a screensaver. You cant make it work as a desktop...not very well anyways.

So PLEASE release this!

i see...

I didn't do any zoom in or out thing at this time

I'm quite sure if I do it ...i'll eat too much CPU when it change,I can try if anyone ask for it.

I have use it myself for more then 2 months...

here is my experience..

when I'm doing other things ....(i mean if other windows has cover the disktop )

it almost dosen't eat any CPU

so you won't feel it slow down your system

but when you minimize all your task and display the whole desktop, it'll cost 70% CPU when it fade it to another pic

(I think it dosen't mater, cause it means you're not doing thing when you display the whole desktop,right ?just enjoy the pic) :who's your daddy:

I'll make 3 resolution version ....

800x600 , 1280x1024 and 1600x1200

if there dosen't have your set , chose the closer one,it'll scal to fit either...(I've test all of it , the higher resolution will cost more CPU usage when it change)

I made one too,with gif animator and then saved it as a swf file, but I can't get the icons to be transparent.
