for some reason only the round search boxes are changed, others like the

one where you type the address in safari are still the old style... Do you know

what images I have to change ?

@ hobbes : I trust you've worked your way through the Global Elements > Text Fields. The Safari one you refer to can be found in the Safari skin > • Location Field Progressbar.

@ Ronnie and Nico : thanks for linking me to the Blured walls. IMHO they make a rather good contrast for a flat and minimalistic GUI.

How do u hide all of the icons on ur desktop so u only hav the avedesk docklets showing?

I was trying to make a desklet that opens a folder which has all of the shortcuts i currently have on my desktop so that my desktop is clean... is this easy to do?

Does anyone hav any tips on how i can keep my desktop lookin modern and minimalistic?

any themes i can download?

all help is appreciated as i am a ****ie..(very envious of all of the desktops i've seen on here so far)
