Thats not explorer. That is one of finder clones, can be found at osx-e.com
it is in fact explorer... but I dont know how its done
It looks like Looca, but if it actually is explorer, I'd love to know how to make it look like that!!
In the kool shot, it's just done with the shellstyle, like my shot in August. It's an old Stefanka shellstyle, and whilst pretty, and with clever editing quite versatile, it offers no functionality whatsoever.
With a little tweaking, you can force the top three links to work, but they have to be to my computer, desktop and documents, and are not customisable.

do you all remember Kabal's "finderbar", thats how kool4 gets explorer to display the left bar.
@Austin123: as good as Kabal's bar is or was, it cannot achieve such an effect.
