Those icons are great, but how about with the concept of a Blender or a friendly Ghost. Coffee always reminds me of Java.

and really, REALLY like the goku's ones
I have an idea:
sine I need a main program icon, and icons for the enabled/disabled effect..
I think I will choose pack's iB icon as the main program icon, and goku's one for the effect
goku, can you make me 2 .ico files:
-one when the effect is enabled
-one when it's disabled
oh, I forgot, then you very much for the developper badge, I really appreciate

I don't have a multi monitor support, so it will be difficult to implement
BUT !
i can add an option to enable blending only in a region of the screen (for example, from 0-0 to 1024-768) this way, if a window is created over that limit, the blending will be disabled on your secondary screen
this option will be in the 0.3 release and will have to be explicitely written in the iBlend.cfg file, like that:
enable_blending_region=1enable_blending_from=0-0
enable_blending_to=1024-768
hope this will help
thats a pretty neat idea, as is this whole app. (Y) but when the option for titlebar only is perfected, this will really rock :own:

when I start iBlend first...
and run Photoshop7, my computer restart automatically...

wow... yeah that's strange...
try to exclude the photoshop exe filename, and retry..
also, don't use iBlend with photo editing program... because it terribly slow down the perfs... not iBlend's fault, but blending a image cost lots of resources

yeah, it's a weird problem, i'll take a look this night if i have the time
i'm sorry but I have a ray tracer to code for the 25th (school project) and it's going to take my time a little
but I'm not forgeting iBlend, don't worry
by the way, if someone knows how to make a moebius ring intersection function, i'll would help VERY much

I think there should be one icon.
dont feel bad choosing an icon over someone else's one. We all share (hopefully) stuff in here. A single program should have a single similar/same looking icon in tray and in its child windows as well. :smartass:

questions/suggestions:
1) in the future releases: are you going to have the app save the user's selection in an .ini file or a configuration file so next time we restart our PCs it opens up with the exclusions we already assigned earlier? (Y)
2) It would be more appealing if the application is launched quitely without having its window pop up first. Same as, yz shadows, WFX2, ObjectBar, DesktopX and practically everything else. Once the user is launching the app, manualy or by boot, the app should enable the trasnperacy effet on the fly (with the 'saved' configuration file like in 1st clause above), without choosing to enable it, and in that way it wont be redundant 
. The user can do so manualy either in sys tray (which im sure you thought of) or through the dialog box after bringing it up :rock:

Ok here are my final icons for you too choose from siwu. My suggestions would be the ib text icon for the tasktray and the tilted non real blender for main program icon.
Let me know which ones you want as icos and I'll zip and send.

Thank you very much pack for the icons, but there is a little problem, there is a black circle around the icon
do you know what this is ? it's when it's viewed in explorer :/

The images he posted are png's and when they are viewed in explorer as icons, they do have the black ring around them. They would have to be converted to icons.
