Why i could tell? The Font smoothing in the browser (address bar particularly) and the mail client 
good eye seph, those are the things that i could not find a way to mod for some reason. hopefully next month.

sadly it wont be, read the niqu thread at AS, there will be no official niqu port, although there are *several* unofficial msstyles/windowblinds/objectbar themes around. (and before you PM me, I don't have a PC so I wouldn't have these unofficial ports )
