Aqua-Soft Forumswell, one way i tried to do to get over this problem is to make the messenger play sounds (which i normaly don't until i had this messenger problem with the launcher) and having the annoying sounds alert me that way. but it's impossible to acess it without enbloess, alt-tab, or objectbar.

Well assuming you didn't go to toilet or go somewhere else, you wouln't notice unless you ALT-TAB do you 
If you guys disable windows taskbar, load up RKLauncher, and someone messages u in MSN, how do you guys know ? (as it doesn't appear in the RKLAuncher)...?
I have a similar problem, if MSN windows minimise to the dock, it would be nice if they bounced when alerted or something. But this isn't a request thread so I'll stop before I get told off

I can't ever get the "load with windows" checkbox to stick. I'll check it, click to another tab, click back...it's still there. But if I close the settings and re-open it...it's unchecked. Am I alone here?

uh ohhh....i accidentally clicked on "Hide Indicators" and lost my indicators. I tried looking in RkLauncher.conf but to no avail. Anyone else had this problem?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it, but on the new build, the minimize effect doesn't work on microsoft visual studio.net 2003. It shows the effect but the window does not minimize....

For those who would like RKL to start with windows, I found a way to force it:
Download this small app (just d/l the exe version, dont' even need to install it). But put RKL in the registry startup there, and it'll do it every time. It's FREE!
you don't need to use any program, just put a shortcut of RKLauncher in the folder Start -> Programs -> Automatically Sturtup (i use the Italian version of Windows, and the folder is named "Esecuzione automatica", i don't know how is named in the English version) 
so. in ENGLISH LOL it means programs > Startup > Startup Folder. just for people who can't figure it out themselves.
actually, i use that StartupCPL and it's my most favorite startup program. it dosen't only work with the startup folder and that's why i like about it. small efficient startup EDITOR not only to create startup programs. once with that program i found a virus (the virus scripter was stupid i guess) i found it in HKCU/run just sitting there. i woulden't have found that out without that program it's a good program.

Any chance of an option to disable the window icon making dealie (when minimizing) so minimizing to the dock is faster? I'm supposing that RKLauncher has to create a temporary icon for the window its minimizing. I could deal with just the program icon.
Also, minimized windows ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS go to just to the left of the last item (usually the trash). Could there be an option to choose where minimized windows go?
Btw, great program. I've ditched YzDock. My only two complaints are the rather large memory footprint and the slow minimizing (especially on my trusty old laptop. GeForce 2 Go... ).

nah...it woudn't work for me when I put it in startup. I'm using bbLean shell (not XPs crappy explorer shell), so perhaps that is why, but it wouldn't ever work for me. I figure someone else out there may have the same trouble and thought I'd share.
