Here's a quick slab on the tape frame request, I believe it won't work perfectly, but here's a first try anyway

The "Tape" (Right-Click > Save As)
Remember to check "Transparent picture background" in the options panel.
I really like this application, one critism though, when i click show desk top in quick launch bar it hides. Avedesk or the other desktop apps I have dont do this.
