When are you able to release .ico Set?

Or can anyone tell me is there any Programm like iconpackenger wich uses png files?

I didn't release an ICO set, people posted that hey would just convert them themselves. Try aveiconifier2 it works a treat. I'm not aware of an iconpackager set that uses png files, but the set isn't comlete enough to create an IP package either. There will be an expansion pack at some point in the future, maybe then.
