i like this better, i like how the heart grouping differs from the front and there are no ballon's on the back, it looked too "copy pasted"

I used a lot of different ones, most of them are selfmade, others (for some of the details) are from different sites around the net... but there are nice grunge-tutorials around, keep an eye on it.
