PurePlastics port for Miranda

how's everyone feel about an update of pureplastics?

a mod of pureplastics was done for adiumx and it looks nice, so i may put this as an extra archive

permission not granted yet, nor has it been completed yet (may be released by tonight or tomorrow if permission granted)

how do i change the part where my username is?

also, cant u see another persons avatar? it will always be what u set?

to change the part with the username, just look for and then look for %name% under the heading. then, you will also need to change for history items. those headings are for grouped messages.

i don't understand your second question. the person's avatar should show up as their avatar in the top bar

does that person also have to use miranda? coz the avatar on the top bar doesnt seem to change...

btw, how do u change ur avatar? coz what i did is that i replaced noavatar.jpg. something tells me this is the cause

if you are using the msn and icq protocols, then the avatar of the buddy will show. that is, if they do have an avatar set. otherwise, it will show noavatar.jpg (as they do not have an avatar set)

all other protocols (including aim) will default to noavatar.jpg because there is no avatar support yet for those protocols

Help. Can someone please tell me why, when i first type in a message using the pure plastics theme, the first entry is practically microscopic, as shown in the attached pic (no. 1)? The second entry within the same "bubble" then is normal size, but always the first is tiny. I can't figure out why.

Secondly, is there a way to change the icons in the picture within the circle identified by the number 2?

Just import the TABrsmm Icon set

"Preferences -> contact list -> icons -> tabrsmm -> import icon set" -> choose dll-file -> ok

thanks but i don't seem to have a category for tabrsmm on my icons preferences page. i have main icons, global status icons, AIM icons, ICQ icons, IRC icons, jabber icons, MSN icons, and Yahoo icons. but no Tabsrmm icons. ???
