It is possible to change the background of the top bar as well. Instructions are in the readme. There are even more colour variations for PlasticMod than PurePlastics (iirc). PlasticMod (PurePlastics mod) for AdiumX was modded by LOUiS (link in readme). Permission shown in readme

Well here comes my next port. This one has many many many colour schemes to it (did I mention many?). You can click the above screenshot to view all the colour schemes.

PurePlastics was originally created by Peter Simonsson. Click here to find the original PurePlastics. There's not much to say about it...It has PNG transparency so any background you desire will work and blend in.

Thanks again to cpm and karma_police for the Javascript provided (like in previous port). I would like to thank testers for not finding any bugs  heh. And finally, thanks to Peter Simonsson for a great template to start with, without him I wouldn't have this to port :P

#263233

That looks incredible... I just have one question... Does this mod support actual user avatars (MSN) or just static images you set locally?

#263235

Actually support msn avatars without having to assign each for everyone of the same for all of them , once again this is great stuff man ;)

#263237

well, if you want to be able to see your own avatar you just have to replace myavatar.jpg (located in pureplasticsimages folder) with your avatar image

#263239

What about automatic word wrapping at the end of each line? It doesn't seem to be included, does it? Or is it just down to my nearly non-existing knowledge? ;)

Anyway, english is not my native language, so I'm not quite sure if wrapping is the right synonym for my issue. Here's a small screenshot.

Image2.jpg

Any solution I might have missed? Looks kinda ugly this way...

Thanks a lot and keep up your great efforts!

#263363

you used the right word choice. and englesh is my lnative langige and i can't spell it.

i am having the same problum. well not as much of a problum as odd.

#263366

I just wondered because it's working in Jim Phelps' "SimpleBoxes" style.

Again actually that's word wrapping, if you want to break the complete word but sometimes get weird results search on the css for word-break: break-all and change it to word-break: normal or just delete the whole line.

And word wrapping is different in each template, it doesnt matter if it "works" with Jim's one.

Thanks a lot, mate. That fixed it :)

That's good to know then. Learning by reading. Cheers again!

pureplastics is updated to 1.0.1. you can now download a version without the fonts, so it'll be a quicker download for sure (only 42kb).

any variation with graphite as a colour now looks a lot better, the graphite colour looks a lot nicer than in the first release where it was a slightly teal colour

:) enjoy

will see if i can release my next port (yes, port..we'll never know when i'll get a chance to do an original work :P) sometime soon!
