Hi!

Dreamrender.

The motion picture desktop tool.

This is far more better than any other tool in the market. I mean drempless, vitaldestop etc.

It has the famouos liquid effect so u can turn your pc -- like a pool behind the windows--

It has more than 100 settings.

It has osx like hoerot, lumarot, etc coloring effects.

I have an older machine, PIII 933, 1G ram, Radeon9700 128.

And it EATS ABOUT 3-5% CPU with the liquid effect.

U have to play with the setting to get that low cpu usage.

U have desktop transparency. Dock transparency. Shadows. etc.

There are an inbuilt feature for icon transparency but this is the only thing which is not good yet, but I use

sammurise icons on my dtop.

Conclusion:

EXTREM, f***ING GREAT............for me only?

U have to make your own dreams/animations/.

Thanks for the info. but if you have samurize widgets on the desktop it makes them blink constantly.

It is nice and smooth, and i dont lose transparency, but my desktop icons become to old windows ones and it messes up my shadows from y'z shadow and object dock doesnt look right and is considerably slower

I dont use yz shad, cause it does not support objectbar!!!!!!!!

I use wfx2, and it is pretty good with dreamrender.

hmm even with wfx2 I just get big white ugly blocks where the shadows should be

Turn off I mean off the transparency switch. And u will see a nicer world!!!

Until a stable background fading/shifting/what ever the hell you want to call it app comes out, that has all the features of the OS X one, I'll stick with the stationary background.

Now this is the end for me as a wise guy........

I dont know why....

For me it runs absolutely normal, invisible. /for more than a month.

But belive me, I use mor than 15 progs. to get the perfect aqua look. And nothing wrong at all.

Where can i get that wallpaper. I downloaded that program a few weeks ago, but didn't find that cool wallpaper with it. Please post a link if you have one or e-mail it to me if you wouldn't mind.

maximus, whats your computer specs, graphics card, memory, and the life of your computer.

Once you tell the specs, there might be something interesting many people dont have.. From my experience on the microsoft machines, they never had and still DONT have a real "quartz like" rendering.

This is bizzare..

well im asking cause this app doesnt work, it crashes all the time.

Ill try removing the drivers i have - maybe it'll work. I have gForce 4 mx 440.

maybe with your super ATI card it works better.

I have 3 pcs.

All with the same specs. except the vga card.

There is a pc with Diamond Viper 550 /nvidia TNT/

We can call it an antque gadget.........but it also works fine

Of course... much slower.

I just tried different drivers but it never works.. seems like IMAGERY.DLL does a problem once i get into the log report.

Also, when i let the application connect to the online support where its suppose to reveal my system specs, but the table is all empty.. like it cannot retreive the information..

something is f***ed up and its annoying <_<

what irritates me, is that their support is useless and a completele bluff.

On top of that their claiming the program was tested on a sh##ty p2 233 with a 32+ graphics card..so why the f*** it wont work on a brand new hardware?

dunno its irritating..

Whats adding to it all is that maximus has already made a "mysterious" toolbar that nobody knew how to make before (even thought now nobody cares cause of the explorer replacements that are coming up) and its kinda interesting how maximus gets these things to work so flawlessly and others get the finger

ill play with it a lil more, if its not working its officially sh##

Well it works for me P4 2.2ghz 256 ddr ram geforce4 mmx440 WindowsXP... it works.. but it uses too much of the CPU.. 65% and up at one time.. too heavy on cpu for me...
