Photoshop Background Removal...

Sorry, I must have skipped some posts.

Just question:

I heard and tried the ObjectBar and it doesn't work well with Photoshop.

What will happen to the menu if you make your Photoshop main window transparent?

If set menu to ObjectBar, it will not work. It's a known bugs by Stardock.

There's many issue between Adobe Photoshop and Stardock products I have heard and experienced.

Stardock should have that bug fixed in the next release of objectbar

would it be possible to capture Photoshops menus (file edit filters etc etc) into a floating bar which can be moved around, so you dont have to use objectbar when you use this?

Oh wow, I can't wait until this is finished!! I've always loved that about Photoshop on a Mac. I would be in heaven if you could do the same for Windows.

#260514

I'd love to see this....keep it up!

#260618

Any news?...just a question because it looked pretty good to me...will it work with Image Ready also?

#261267

This looks fantastic... hope to see it happen!

I've got an easy solution, but I have no idea how to do it. I bet its just a quick hack somewhere to do it to.

If you've noticed all the other windows can be moved from the main window except the image right? How about making it so that the image window can leave the main window and then all you have to do is make the main window small and put it somewhere in the corner so you can use the menus if you need.

Just an alternate idea for it.

That will not be part of the skin.

that was my original idea, but i thought that remiving the main window completly would be more effective, espessialy if the tool frezing bug in ob will be fixed in the next release..

I'd say the project is currently dead, cause I haven't worked on it in like a month or somethin... I'm just so loaded w/ shool ****, that I barely have time for anything... and I still have web designs to do... I'll probably wont have a time for it until summer break... ,,,maybe photoshop 9 will come out by then...

did anybody notice sone's post on page 2?

#277849

cs2 has a bg... i knowww

#277879

Only difference being that in CS2 the child windows (new images) are no longer bound to the parent windows (the background)..

Bringing things one step closer.

Yes, the child windows no bounds to the parent window. So, why don't try to hide that parent window? -> with WindowBlinds (and other apps) you can rollup de window and only view the title bar. I put the title bar behind ObjectBar (Tiger Theme).

But there's a problem: in objectbar doesn't work Photoshop Cs2 menu items :(

There is a solution for this objectbar bug?? Maybe wait for OB2? :P

(sorry for my english).
