MSStyles or Window Blinds?
MSStyles... No need for an 3rd party program..
If you want window roll-ups and left sided true-to-Mac buttons, WindowBlinds wins hands down.
That being said, I haven't tried out Styler yet 
Windowblinds always seems really buggy to me... dunno why, but I've never had a problem with Msstyles
If you're after true maculation then you have to have windowblinds. If you don't mind your glyphs on the right I'd stick with msstyles.
WindowBlinds... Per Application Settings make it worth the while.
Windowblinds - Per Application Settings, window rollup, and left-side buttons.
Windowblinds, I don't even have to think about it.
Windowblinds - you won't get close to mac enough without it.

Makes me wonder if you haven't been tampering with these and former poll-results...On second glance probably not since you voted WB whilst the poll results up till now seem to be in favour of M$Styles. 
Anyways, WindowBlinds is my weapon of choice in the quest for Aqua-skinning.
Amazed by it's features when I first discovered it using Windows 98, it made me fall in love with skinning Windows in the first place, though this was long before I discovered the beauty of Apple's OS X and what I like to call; " stylish fresh translucent blue gel on a glossy white marble . The buggyness & resource-hoggy on my modest K6-2 system made me turn away from it (mind you, we're talking WB version 2.x or so).
In the following years WB has certainly matured from the resource-hog in my Win98 days
to the mean, lean & fast skinning machine it has become with the current version 4.5. I think Stardock is doing a great job at it so far and I sincerely hope they continue to improve their efforts (full alphablending please, I'm armed with an AMD64 machine that can handle it now;)).
Alot of the arguments in favour of WB have been mentioned before in this thread and many, many, others before. But here's my opinion.
* Integrated rollup funcionality + always on top feature (which I both find very practical in working with Windows and i actually miss working with my pc at work).
* Granted, seperate progs can deliver kinda comparable results (like rollup with winroll and toolbars can be done with Y'z toolbar), but I wouldn't want to load tons of apps just too get the same both aestethic and functional result you can get with WB alone.
To me that's just a matter of common sense.
* The WB skinning engine has been noted several times to be more resource-efficient and faster performance-wise than XP's native skinning engine. To me that's another big noth in favour of WB.
* Then off course a true Aquaphile needs to have the top left callout buttons (close, min, max) instead of the top right illogical M$ approach (min, max...close), which can only be achieved with WB and not with the M$Styles.
So for me WB is almost perfect...if only they would integrate WindowFX into it.
I find it kinda annoying I have to launch one seperate app just for the shadows underneath my menu's and Windows (I don't use any of the other effects exept for the mentioned enabling of shadows and the option to limit maximised windows so that they do not get in the way of my dock) and another program just for the finderbar (through Objectbar).
That's also what keeps me from a full object Desktop subscription: I do not want tons of separated apps for one pleasing visual result. I hope one day PantherXP will turn out to become the all-in-one (minus Dock) app it promises to be for that matter.
OK, but there are 200x more theme's available for MSStyles... and as far as ive seen... they are all alot better looking.. plus... when you want to skin firefox, and you dont want safarifix.. then your in trouble... ive bearly seen ANY full firefox skin's using windowblinds... unless you can point me in another direction, im sticking with my MSStyles!

@technominds: yes there are hundreds and hundreds of VS out there, but none of them is as accurate as Xero's Tiger or Kol's Tiger or Bz's milk. Even Kol, the master of VS, is doing WB so you can see how good it is
Let's not start a flam on WB vs VS here

They need a VS to skin the titlebar regardless of whether you're using WB or msstyles! lol. The reason Safarifox has a WB theme associated with it is because the WB theme was designed to make Firefox look as close to 1:1 Safari as possible. You can definitely use it with any other number of themes (msstyles or WB) -- I do so all the time. In fact, I don't use any of hills Firefox skins with a special WB theme -- I just use whatever WB theme I'm running at the time and it looks fine.
I think you're confused about WB's ability to apply special customized themes to a single application (which we take advantage of to emulate, for example, Safari).
Firefox itself doesn't need WB or special msstyles for its titlebar--the titlebar will be skinned by whatever is currently skinning Windows. If you are using Microsoft's Luna, you can still use the Safarifox theme (or any other Firefox theme for that matter)--but it won't look very close to 1:1 Safari.

Faster (hardware accelerated)
Lower footprint (the msstyle themeing service uses more)
Tons of features that msstyles will never give (without the use of even more 3rd party programs than just WB)
No hacking!

Upgradeable (msstyles will never get better!)
Higher quality visual styles and more originality (90% of msstyles are pure crap or reproductions of other msstyles!)

im talking about skins people have actually made for firefox, so far... only 1 full skin... and thats Safarifox.. no other full skin WB themes that i know of.... maybe someone should get to porting some of hills stuff?
Well, I think I need to change my vote! I voted for MSStyles and have been using them for about three years or so. In the past (on my windows 98 machine) window blinds was just too slow. But after reading the posts in this thread and seeing Xero’s new tiger theme I figured I’d give it a try again. I must say I’m amazed, not only at Xero’s tiger theme which is amazing, but also at how well window blinds runs. The features are amazing, per application skinning, window shading, always on top, and selecting a specific taskbar to be used regardless of what theme you load are among my favorites. So, I think I’ve converted to window blinds

EVERY single one of my windwoblinds themes comes with a "safari skin" to be used with hill's safarifox ports. As for alot better looking?? Hardly... because of the way windowlbinds skins things i can guaruntee you that a wb port done right will look ten times better than an msstyle port.
Have a look around this forum.... youll see.
as for a *full skin* firefox skin.... i am not sure what yo mean. Even with safarifox you still need the jar file to apply the safari skin. So you always need jar + theme to make it look perfect. Again.. search around these forums.
