On my personal server I have 1 TB of space on 4 hdd's and it's split into 4 partitions on each drive.
I just named them Division 1-16
I also have 2 partitions on my main (Using to post this) box, and I just named them after my favroite albums.

Named my machine as Idoru.
HDD's:
C == Core;
D == Da Big;
Been naming 'em for all my lif (at least the part of it, when I had a computer with privileges to change network name and logical drive names )

Internal: Macintosh HD
External 1: Clone
External 2: LaCie
Imaginative huh?
I might as well mentain mine:

Slackware partition: Slacky,
Extra unused partition: Storage.

my 80gb external hard drive is called Zondajag lol
