I might changed the start menu from a compact to a default size showing text. For some reason I'm not happy with it.
The logon screen will be released very shortly after the WB theme. Maybe even alongside. The objectbar will be longer unfortantly.
Looks great! I'm sure it'll be woth the wait.
Updated with new Start Menu. This is the one that I will be going with unless I change my mind

A question for testers and those who have viewed the themes screenshots. Does anyone know a good font for Lucida Grande, I have had some doubts about the one I am using. LucidaMAC is out of the question, because it's very ugly, and I won't be using it . Anyone know some good fonts I can use for it. Maybe different Lucida Grande's or LucidaGrande.

I wish I could help you out, but I don't know of any other fonts out there that looks better on Windows. Everything else looks too big and chops off letters either at the beginning or the end of each button or each shell property list. If you do end up choosing a different Lucida Grande font or another font altogether, can it please be small so that it fits nicely into each button or the shell display? Just my thoughts on font appearance, which, in my opinion, makes up half the appearance.

the truetype version of Lucida Grande is great.. I use it on all my VS's, I edit out LucidaMAC, Aquabase, etc and replace it with that. LucidaGrande is the Type 1 version, there's different "hacked" versions of it going around, some of them not much better than LucidaMAC.
Lucida Grande TT... looks good at small point sizes, e.g. on tabs etc... much nicer than Arial or Aquabase.

of course, i'm a bit of a perfectionist, so i just want to point out something small that i noticed. in your "Regular start menu preview" that you posted recently, i noticed that the apple logo is a bit too close to the left edge of the screen - i was wondering if you could move it over to its correct spot. the attached image might help.
i know its really picky of me, but i'm sure its an easy thing to fix.

it's prolly from one of the quicktimse movies.. you can play them in fullscreen...

I forgot to mention that theres a new taskbar and pressed state. I took a look at the videos on Apple's website and with some help from Magnus I made the new apple button.
This is looking awesome man! I cannot wait for this.
However I have one request: would it be possible to have graphite versions in the final release?
Sorry if I forgot to mention it, but yes there will be graphite versions of all substyles. I will be making them once I finish the 3 main substyles.

is there going to be the Spotlight logo at the right end of the taskbar for the final release?
No there will not be the spotlight logo. Many have asked so I will clear it all up now for everyone. There won't be a spotlight icon in the theme mainly because it's useless, so there is no reason at all for it to be there other then to make it look like a mac. So no it won't be there. It will be there however on the objectbar theme because it will have a purpose.
