[WIP] Mac OS X Tiger by Xero

Right off the bat. I want to say sorry to those who think this theme is already released from the title. It's coming out, long ways to go, but I'm going to show it as it gets completed. Here are some screenshots, they are arranged by date, so the older the date the older the build of the theme.

Lemme know what you all think. I will be making the Brushed Substyle once I finish the main theme. So you will have to wait until the end for that. I also wanted to find out, which would be better. A Brushed Substyle (with semi brushed features mixed with Tiger) or a Brushed theme, which will all have brushed features and no Tiger) Nonetheless enjoy it and let me know which you would prefer.

If it's a preview, shouldn't you title it [preview] ? That would clear up some confusion.

I always like your work... I don't know how 1:1 you want to keep this, but what about using the darker aqua-metalish Tiger blue (from the Start button, etc) throughout the theme for buttons and other clickable items instead of the traditional light aqua blue. Just a thought.

I can't wait to see a brushed substyle.... haven't been any great ones in a while (I still go back to your Brushed Panther sometimes, but sadly its borders aren't 1 or 0px.)

I named the thread this way, because closer to completetion I will release betas and I want to keep it in one thread. The taskbar isn't going for the Finder bar like, because I will have an objectbar theme that will be doing that. As for the "aqua-meltalish Tiger blue" Can you show me a picture of it. Same goes for the "new platinum Tiger"

i would like you to create brushed with the tiger look. coz there are plenty of brushed out there. brushed tiger would be nice..

That looks really nice bro, only probs = 1. You're using Aqua Extreme Glyphs, 2. Why don't you try to get a Tiger user to give you the resources? If you use the real resources, this could become a big hit, especially with me since you've got nice fonts and sizes and everything else looks pretty sweet ;)

does anyone really objectbar on a daily basis? i find the program too unstable and is just a pain in the butt to use. is it maybe the themes i'm using? i'm sure its just the program, but i could be wrong...

I don't use any Stardock Apps on a daily basis, I just don't like them in general...

It's a good app that you can use on a daily bases if the skin is good enough. There are a lot that just aren't very good and thus you don't want to use it often.

As for the glyphs. I know I can get the real ones, but Apple doesn't make them very appealing compared to the rest of their theme. I find they are choppy and hard. Look at Brushed Panther, that was the main thing I always hated about that theme.

What the hell. I will toss in that substyle as well. There will be 6 substyles. Normal, Brushed, and that style. And Aqua and Graphite in all of them.

As far as the facelift for Tiger. Do you have anything I can look at to see what they changed, because I didn't know they changed it.
