[release] Bz Skin Changer For Avetunes

Very nice app indeed, thanks. One thing to point out about the release archive is there's a ton of Window's Thumbs.db system files in it. I removed them all and wound up with an archive that was 8.55 mb instead of 10+mb.. something you might want to clean up if there's another release, as I know our friends on dialup would appreciate it.
