For the record, I have NOT been approached by Mills about him releasing anything. *I* did contact a windows themer about an official port and he has agreed. I am systematically replacing all of the *modded* graphics from other themes that were part of the mock up beta. If anyone here has ever even looked at the sheer number of OS X elements and the lack of clear documentation of the GUI parameters then they know what is involved with themeing OS X. It's BS like this that makes people NOT want to allow crossplatform themes.....
