The Chat client is Pandion, and the mod of it was made by Ont, so I can't release it.

No it's my own app (it skins the titlebar itself) (look at the tray : Dream's IRC 0.3) don't know if it will be released , but i want trillian proteus !!!!!!!!!!!! My IRC Client has many bug (one BIG issue , if any programmer here can help me add me on msn).
