Pandion is an awesome app, unfortunately I can't connect to MSN to activate the MSN Messenger transport, can anyone help?

Check that your jabber server has an MSN transport (http://www.jabber.org/user/publicservers.php for a list of servers) for example I use jabber.org.uk

Does't Pandion work whit msn, just for jabber? >.<
