Im watching the Olympics quite alot this year. The competition is fierce, and even though i get the feeling the press is over-hyping it all, it's still exciting! Go Team USA!

I watched the gymanastic event last night and all I can say is "Oh My God!" The U.S. team must have partied the night before because that was the worst performance I've ever seen.
But hey... they got the silver.

i'm a little upset that rodd1ck lost, though, and in a 2-setter! i know he could've done much better.
did anyone see the american win tonight on the men's all around gymnastics? wow, came back from 12th place to get gold. on one portion, when he did his landing, he tripped, stumbled then fell on his ass, almost looked like the judge was trying to help him up.
also, apparently the longest running world record in swimming was broken, the women's 4x200 freestyle . it was like a 17 year record set by east germany (when there was such a thing)
this is the most i've ever watched the olympics, lovin it so far.
Womens swimming was amazing tonight, new world record, they did great (Y).

Admittedly in things like kayaking, where we are only good at it because it rains so much, so people don't mind doing it because they are wet anyway 
Did you see the one race where the announcer was analyzing the way one of the ladies were swimming. I don't know which one it was, nor the person because I was working on the comp, but it took place around 9:00 PM CST. That guy was totally checking the woman out. He was saying stuff like "Now look how moves her hips forward and arches her back so she can get a good push when she extends her body. Look how far she stretches her body from her head to her toes to get it as straight as she can with with her arms straight along her body." France won against Americans in Saber (semi finals) this afternoon, so I begin to interest myself about olympic games 
It's a joke, but it's true i watched olympic games for the first time this afternoon, and I was really stressed for a french victory...

ok ok, i know im just giving you a hard time. I like it all, i was supprised paul hamm won the individual gymnastics. china had a great shot so did japan. Paul Hamm deserved it though, very good.
