Did you try restarting avedesk?
I'm not @ home... when I'll be there I'll look into it.

i've got the same issue (i think)... installed fonts, folders in the right place, restarted avedesk, everything works except when its expanded;
artist/album/song title don't appear. time does though.

i had the same issue with the 'stickies' skin, even after installing the felt marker font.. rebooting the pc fixed it. worth a shot. gl.

Someone asked me if I could mod a few things...
so this is a mod of b-sided's konfab widget. I complete redrew the glassy display panel as well as some of the controls, therefore had to redo the animations... changed the display panel and moved the progress bar to the glassy part. If you guys like this and its okay with bsided I will post it here.
im having the same problem as realitybath. and i installed the fonts. restarted avetunes. restarted avedesk. restarted computer. no change.
its wierd, cuase the avetunes 1 version worked fine......
heres an attachement of what im getting while a song is on pause.
Looks great, bz. If you release, can you include the default blue center, also? (instead of orange)

it is blue... just recolored...
to all of you who are having trouble with the fonts...
open up the skin.ini and look for where it says extrainfo's 1 2 and 3
change the font to something on your system to see if that works.
Just a little extra info to what bzeitler said:
The font name in the skin.ini does not correspond to what it is actually called when installed. The .ini gives it as "Helvetica-Condensed" but it is really called "Helvetica Condensed" (with a space instead of a dash). Just change dash to space in the .ini for the 3 entries and you're done.
It would be a shame not to use this font 'cause it looks really great.
@ bzeitler: I for one would like to see your mod on my desktop 
If you installed included font package change font to Helvetica67-CondensedMedium
on whatever the started with helvetica....
my problem is somehow I cannot display album title and artist name.....
I look at the config but quite didn't get it...
is it with count=3? or something else?

Here you have the right ones. Just use the oringinal ini file and installl these ones.

I don't know what's happening with the fonts. I'm pretty sure these fonts are the good ones. Maybe it's some kind of ATM issue. In fact, these fons work great in my comp. I'm gonna search for another release or even sarch for a similar font to make it work...

They worked for me. I downloaded the skin rar from the beginning of the thread, and moved the fonts to the "AveDesk11\Desklets\AveItunes\Skins\KonfMiniTunes" directory and all looks good.
You may want to update the rar to place the fonts in the correct folder so people don't actually have to read the instructions.
And for those that still can't get it to work, replace the font names with "Arial".... or some other font you know you have.

B-Sided, I'm sorry, but I just do not know what to do with the stuff in the RAR. You cannot just unrar it to the AveTunes folder, because only one thing shows up "KonfMini2.0" and the expand/collapse doesn't work. Could you please provide some accurate and descriptive instructions?
