[release] Dashboard Datebook

Preview:

This skin is not 1:1 to Dashboard Datebook and only the month and year will appear on the skin in the whiteboard area. Displaying the day of the week and the date seperately is NOT supported by Rainlendar. If support becomes available we shall update the skin accordingly.

great job and thanks for the port.

there's one problem though. you should set the skin to disable show events in calendar and change the event days from font to bitmap. i made a bitmap from the numbers.png for event days, but it doesn't look very precise due to different shadow and font. can you fix this in the next update?

not sure if anyone else has a slight problem with events on the calendar? basically if there is an event on the calendar I get some of the text from the event on top of the calendar?

This currently is not possible with Rainlendar. Although many people wish it was ;-)
