i think, he is talking about a System prefferences  app, that can act, and look like the Mac OS`one !!  ... that`s a dream app !!  and  noboddy is trying to code it.  think that kind of app is one of the hardest one to make.. who knows....

but if we have that app. we can change the wall paper and so on using it.  you know....

It's not hard to code really, its just time consuming.

i feel that the hardest part is the time involved because we receive no money for this and we have to have jobs. the difficulty is the fun part (figuring out efficient routines)
