I've got Packard Bell 2.1 Flat Panel design. They do the job in the small room I listen to stuff in.

My friends decided to combine their speaker sets and connect them up to a laptop using headphone splitters. They now have it permanently set up as a 10.2 (i.e. dual 5.1) system.

The Microsoft Exit music in Windows XP sounds really strange when you have 2 surrond sound sets trying to get the positioning right.

Misa gots JBL Creature speakers for misa iPod. 2.1.

I have the original Creature Speakers. I love them :D . Of course I use a pair of Genelec Studio Monitors for audio mixing, so after hearing those, my JBLs sound like crap.

Microsft isn't even a dolby certifed Manufacturer!

So if you see software with dolby digital or Surround sound "so called claims" it's bull that they just say. Even if their developers do do it, their not even close to the level of the certified developers. the only Dolby Digital thing Microsoft makes is games...other than that thier software developers SUCK!!!!! Look at WindowsMediaPlayer!!!!!!!!!

7.1 Channel, out of a SoundBlaster audio card. a 1000watt subwoofer, 2 front smaller build speakers, center speaker, 2 rear speakers, and 2 side small build speakers.

I love this system. and 1000 watts isnt bad at all!
