Screensaver?

What screensavers are you using?

The good 'ol 'blank screen' one for me (my laptop has some dodgy ATI mobility card that can't seem to do much without some weirdness)

XP Standard one.

I hardly see it, becuase my monitor turns off when it reaches the idle time limit.

I just put the monitor to sleep... why waste the power or cpu cycles to run a screensaver.

It's not like I'm gonna sit there and watch it.

OK, if it's cool, maybe for a few minutes but that's it.

let me just ask, when was the last time you saw an image burned on to a screen on a desktop monitor... it doesn't happen anymore really, i don't even know why they bundle them in windows anymore. just set the monitor to turn off after x minutes, save the energy too.

i dont use a screensaver. i have an LCD and thers no need to. i might leave my computer while it needs processing power. i wouldnt want it to waste precious power on my screensaver. but i used to use flurry...ahhhh...wholesome mac goodness. that or helios.

i found ONE good matrix emulator screensaver but it used a lot of processing power (more than 5%).

the one thing a screensaver woudl be cool with is the sony ericcson phones! they have flurry on those. i mean when you pull out ur phone and it has flurry on it, thats just stud-like.
