Go to "Windowblinds Advanced Configuration - Per Application" and add new Application. then brows for the phoenix.exe and say ''use specified skin'' and klikk ''Select skin...'' select a skin..
Then klikk ''OK''
Then you have a skin just for ''safari''

I have been using Goku's Yz Toolbar theme (Aqua) for a long time and I think it is simply amazing. Here is a screenshot. Let me know if any of you guys need it ... I dont have any place to host it though.

Yes, Goku's Yztoolbar theme is reallygood but I use Speelbound's Trully Jaguar theme.
