Safari Firefox Zero Pixel Skin Preview

I am close to releasing a Safari Firefox skin that is pixel pefect/extremely accurate. I've changed all images in firefox including console warnings etc and even the obsure gifs. I'm not as active as I used to be (busy) but I wanted a good accurate safari skin for firefox so I spent most of today making one. I got tired of the lame **** tease posts that seem to be in fashion lately.

Here is a screenshot of the skin so far. I have to fine tune some of the brushed images

,do the tabs (they aren't done yet),the toolbar (curently placeholder from pinstripe). and the about box. Other that that it's almost ready to go.

This is a two part skin a you will need a "safari" zero pixel window blinds 4.2 that I have made as well as the firefox Safari skin and a shell32.dll that has the common tasks removed to get it looking like this picture.

It shouldn't take me much longer. and don't worry anyone who knows my work and my posts knows I always release something what I preview.

Looking good. I think you should get permission though, I know the other kids doing this port havn't. I just feel bad for the original artist.

dunno where those are but the "this thread sucks/Stop WHining/Get the damn permission" ones have come on a different form now that you mention it.

That's the way to go. I'll pause my own approach right now - I have a decent feeling that you'll get it right. Your WB-sero-border theme is by far the best around :rock:

you are wrong as I extracted the resources from osx. He most certainly didn't make those pref icons.

Just so you know Safari resources extracted from osx on the right and on the left are the icons from that link you posted.

awesome work pack, ive been a fan of yours way back when you released those progress animations this looks excellent, and looks to me that the guy that made the pinstripe icons copied apple

give us some word on the windows blind skin when she's ready to surface

That looks amazing, I have one request thou, can you make the back button and the forward button be sticked together, not having spaces, LIke in the real Safari.

Just one question though - can you give a little bit more information about the shell32.dll file? What exactly does it change - and does this mean I have to replace the whole file or just add/remove some icons from within my existing one?

No offence pack, but how is this any diffrent from the other teaser threads? Im not saying that your not gonna release, as your a valued member of this comunity, but look at it abstractly.

Looks awsome btw. Might make me switch to firefox over firebird.

is it possible to use this without windowblinds, and it still looking good? id hate to chage my vs for an internet browser skin(a really nice one).
