I got it working on the desktop with the suxel skin option...looks pretty damn neat. What it all means is beyond me though!

Downloaded some time back but the character set isn't recognised on my system. So I can't make any sense of it. Probably someone needs to get the permission and have it translated from Japanese, I guess.
OMGOMGOMG! People! This is like Konfabulator for PC! I can't describe it in words....it can show icons on desktop as small icons!!!!!! Widgets are absolutely fantastic....it takes 9,5MB of RAM with some heavy clock loaded.....it's fun to click all these '??????' in menus 
I can live with that.

We wouldnt need stuff like this if they would release konfabulator for PC. They said it was going to be october for beta (turned into december) and there is no set release date I know of for the full version. I think crni has a beta version....
I've downloaded it. But didn't find how to change the skin !? Maybe someone will post a sceeny of the menu so i will see visually where is the change skin option is located . Thanks.
install the skin in skin/meter then double click on it and on the first tabs you can found the skin.

Here's just a basic version of the top of the readme. My Japanese isn't so great, but this part I could manage.
1. CPU usage meter
2. resource meter for 98/ME
3. hard disk usage
4. display list of ram usage
5. process ram display
6. launcher
7. save selected text by dragging and dropping into a text file (?) saved text is displayed as a launcher
8. Alt+tab remote control
9. folder monitor / realtime Apache log monitor
10. network / connection monitor
11. display realtime results of 'Netstat' via connection monitor (?)
Next is how to launch the app after dl'ing. No problem there.
Then after that it says to uninstall just delete the folder. The app doesn't put itself in the registry.
Then it says if you have any questions, etc, feel free to mail the author, whose name appears to be: ta2027
As you can tell, the rest is version history.

btw: the second entry from the top in the context menu toggles "On Top" state.

Looks great (Y) Hope to see more Rainmeter skins ported to SystemMeter
hehe, ... nah ... just when i can´t do something in Rainmeter i´ll use SystemMeter. bitmap clock hands are tempting though.
after all this porting is pointless anyways as both apps are free i´d rather like to see new stuff.
