I think you mean modded, not owned... People are only owned on A-S if Jef or Tim get involved

:6 who wants a ps2 at this point? PSP is gonna come out next year, and PS3 will come out in 2005, wait for a price drop again.
Flarex, the PSP will not play PS2 games, only PSOne games.
Also, you are forgetting about the PSX. When that hits the streets, it's going to sell and get out of stock before you can say "Papappishu!".

Isn't kindof confusing, because everyone refers to the first Playstation (pre-PSOne) as the PSX. Now this PS2.5 is going to be called the PSX. So now whenever anyone mentions the "PSX" you will have to pay attention to the content of the sentence to know if they are talking about the pre-PSOne or PS2.5!

playstaion = 32 system that came out long long ago, in galixy far away. that i sold when i got my
playstation 2= not sure the bit number(stoped carring) the system that came out after the playstion, that plays playsition games, playstion 2, and dvds.
the psONE is what they called the new playstion that was smaller and more compact.
the psx is what they called the playstion in japan...i think
so what on gods earth is the playstion 2.5? is it the playstaion with the modum on it?
oh and for the sake of the topic....ya i think my ps2 looks better in black, than that aqua one.
I'll have to wait on the PSP. The concept looks nice, but the final product will probably look ugly, therefore I will get turned off, much like what happens when I look at Joan Rivers :shivers: (

PSX = The first generation of Playstation (big grey one, actually there are three different shades of grey that specify what version they are)
PSOne = The smaller compact Playstation
PS2 = 128 bit system
The new PSX ( or PS2.5) is like the PS2 but has a better DVD playback (you won't get the Disk Error reads like the PS2), Hard drive (TiVo like) and a PS2.
Don't forget to mention, wizard, it also has Audio and Video outputs for any single kind of plug there is, including Super Video and the latest version of Dolby Surround Sound.
All that in a really beautiful white case. Oh, and the CD/DVD drive doesn't have a Disc Tray, it will feature a "Slot" like the iBook and PowerBook!

Hey, I'm going off from memory from an article that I read two months ago. And also forgot the DVD burning part.
I was looking around for more info on it and I came across the Press Relase page. Sorry Myuu.
PS2.5 also has a TV tuner in some regional releases, and there are rumours of a digital TV freeview receiver for the UK
