1. Nobody posted it here and I don't visit MacThink, that's why I converted them. I don't fully understand why are you guys so excited with the fact the neo_osx was first. So what, let's just share them. Is it some kind of competition?

incase anyone hasnt paid attention in the past, the macthink people like to drop in from time to time and post links to the macthink forum, as spam to bring more members there. This is the reason for posting links and continually mentioning it.
