Beos Main Icon

hey all. here's my predicament:

I've got folders in my dock that I open a lot and for my main folder I used to use the Finder icon, but now that I use the Tasks docklet (YzDock) I made that use the Finder icon, so if i used it for my main folder it would look dumb. also, the other 5 folders are all of the BeOS type. I decided to use the main BeOS logo which is a red and white picture of a face. here's a pic:

to me, the red just stands out so much and doesn't really match the other BeOS icons, but no other BeOS icon I have really fits what I think should be an icon for my main folder where all my stuff is. So, I'm askin', does anyone have any ideas on how I can make this match or does anyone wanna try their hand at maybe adding shadow to the red icon? maybe make it fade a little?

actually, just one vice: could you turn down the reflection a little? or take it out completely? that's my only beef. other than that, it's perfect!

I believe the logo is an "eye, ear" not face as BeOS slogan was the MULTIMEDIA OS.
