Cpu And Ram Consomation Of Modified .dll

is the consomation of the modified .dll (Stefanka's by exemple) are different from the windows xp default .dll?

and windows could be slower with these?

potentially yes it could be slower, but most often when people mod the dll they weed out uneeded or unused icon sizes. Therefore the potential also is there for windows to run a little better with a modified dll
