Yes, just you let you guys know, discussion and distribution of Aqua-Controls are illegal and could take down this site indefinitly. Also, distribution of Y'z Dock is illegal, and once again, could bring this site down indefinitly.
He knows that, but I guess he thinks this is a way to distribuste them without getting in trouble 
it's not really illegal. As far as distribution goes, you can distribute them and share them to whomever you like, just dont hotlink to them in this site. The site will not get closed just by mentioning them.
so illegal maybe the wrong word here. Frowned upon by the AS staff is slightly more appropriate.

Well said Photo. If you're going to jump on a member's back, please make sure you fuilly understand the "rules" and not just freak out and assume their doing something wrong.
who realy cares about Yzdock? or other apps that don't do anything? 
Funny, I remember a couple of days ago people "jumped all over members backs" because of their posting habits.
So offtopic/good humor is good enough for a change in the admins and mods and good enough for a suspension/ban, but distribution of these apps is taken lightly... interesting to see how things change. <_<

Come on guys, has it occured to you that this person is new to the boards. You don't need to crucify the poor sole for trying t help out some members of this community. He doesnt know the situation with these apps, all he knows is that there are no working links to any of these programs on this site.
Go easy on the guy, instead of being asses and posting, YOU'RE BANNED YOU BASTARD, just kindly say thanks and refer him to the sticky explaining the situation with the aqua stuff. As far as yz dock goes, there are at least a dozen reputable sites that still host it.
Out of respect of Mr Yamaguchi, AS disallows links to yz dock, not because its illegal
