horizontal?? dou you mean the text was oriented from top to bottom (or invert)??
it might be possible but i don't think it's very easy to use 
maybe you've seen a screenshot from an horizontal screen??

I think he means where the icons on the menu are horizontal instead of vertical - ie: next to each other not on top of each other.

i've seen some screenshot from silencedge that had he same kind of submenu, it rox sure but as XJOSHATTACKX it's YZ'dock not OD 
it might be possible to have it on OD if someone code it

no no this is just the "Task List" docklet in fact by Haitham Al-Beik nothing matter with KKmenu
you just have to wait for DockEx it's down for the moment but there you can find docklets for YZd and OD
its the tasks docklet for yzdock. you can get off of dockex.com
