Ok you all know that ObjectBar can hiden the File Edit View go Window Help Buttons right???
But when they dissapear and we dont have ObjectBar Running!!!!! Thats my problem
Today I startedup my PC and when I opened Explorer.exe I saw that I didnt add those buttons!!! I checked if ObjectBar was running (Even in processes) and it was not. IM scared. Right Clicking on the Explorer to make them happear again is not working. And I never used ResHacker to remove those

have you tried to install that "throboff" thingy, a reg entry that makes diseapear the window flag ?
No, the WindowsFlag is there I never installed ThroobOff and After all, its easily done with Yztoolbar
Mabie fire up object bar and click the option on and off a few times, it mighta gotten like 'stuck' or something. Also are you shure there not there? you dint move them? other then that i think you gotta restart.
I restarted already, a few times, with objectbar option off, and it keeps not happearing, I tried to see if I moved them or hided them. No luck

Did you try one of the various Explorer > Finder mods? I tried one that fecked up my File, Edit, Etc menus and I had to replace the DLL file with a regular one.
Could you give details of any replaced DLLs/sets you've used?
Err... Actually I don't quite understand your question. But if it's to do with the windows configuration and settings, perhaps you can try to play with the parameters in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
