Start Menu Hack

Although the logoff/turnoff buttons (start menu) are included in the .theme file, they don't show when the visual style (Snow VS) is applied. How to make them visible?

Also, how to make visible the user's picture on the upper part of the start menu?

1. either you're using the classic start menu, and that's why you can't see those buttons skinned or the userpic, in which case you should right click the taskbar > properties > choose the xp start menu

or

2. some themes don't have userpics, and you have the one that doesn't.

to add onto that if you're logging into a domain your picture will not show in the start menu.
