[release] Maxvlc:milk

MaxVLC:Milk is a port of VLC's GUI in OSX when used with the Milk theme. Max Rudberg (http://www.maxthemes.com) has kindly helped me (by providing his resources) and has given his permission so that I may release this port.

Please read the instructions and readme text files. I've included four XML files so you may select which theme you'd like.

Stupid question but, everytime when I close VLC and re-open it again I see the default grey interface... how can I fix this? And where is the minimize button?

You need to go to Preferences>Interface and make sure you have it set to Skins, save just in case.

As for the minimize, AFAIK, there is no such function available I'm afraid. There is a hide function, but I have yet to figure out how to bring VLC back after hiding it.

Do other skins work for you? If so, you might want to try switching from a working skin to this one. Make sure to end the vlc.exe instance from Task Manager too.
