[preview] Qrun

Hi Everyone,

It is weird not talking about a docklet, but here goes . I have been using LaunchBar on my Mac for awhile now and I can't use my Mac without it now. However, everytime I started working on my PC I wished a similar application is available for windows. But couldn't find any (or I didn't search very well). If you are not familiar with LaunchBar visit http://www.obdev.at/products/launchbar/.

Here is a preview of QRun (QuickRun) running (top-right corner). Using the "WinKey+Space" hotkey will display the QRun application. The application will be skinnable.

I won't be able to work on this program after today as projects and exams are all piling up. So I will be shelving this for now.

What do you guys think?

there was a windows port of this called AppRocket, but it was only a beta, and the beta is over. Unfortunately, the final is not out yet. its killing me to go without it.

is the hotkey that activates it going to be customizable? i ask this because the windows key on my laptop keyboard is in the upper right, which is the stupidest thing i've ever heard, it makes it much harder to use. <_

Coz i want to know if you`ll implement all the function (the original App has) and if you have done it yet.. and so on.. i want you to tell me,you know as a info, .. coz i`m going to love this app.... really !!!

Darn! I didn't know their was one on the works. I was working on the AI part of the program which learns from your key strokes.

hmm.. Does anyone have the beta version of AppRocket?
