unPod - the DarkSide, is an advanced iTunes/WinAmp 2.x/5 remote that shows song title, artist, album title, bitrate and current time. All of the iPod`s buttons are functional. There are some slight corners i had to cut, so Menu button opens your media player (iTunes or WinAmp) (instead of going a step backward like with the real iPod).

Left side of the scroll wheel reduces sound volume, right one increases it.

The middle button is an internet shortcut that leads you to Aqua-Soft.org, my favourte community.

The battery meter is actually a CPU usage meter (or a WinAmp visualizer plugin depending on the config) but u can change it in editor to whatever you want. I personally don`t like scrolling text for song/artist/album but since people requested it i have included both versions.

unPod was planned to be iTunes exclusive but since users requested a WinAmp port, I`ve completly redone the unPod from scratch, for both iTunes and WinAmp. I also made some nice improvements that were added to unPod - The DarkSide. There are 30 configs that should cover all of your request.

EDIT: I tried and failder miserably. I learned my lesson - NEVER TRY!

EDIT2: Moved all configs to the upper left corner so pple with lower resolutions can see them and move them where they want. Also added 2 blue wheel visualisers for unPod.

im sorry, but that was way too much hype for a samurize config thats like been released already. Its cool, dont get me wrong, but too much hype. A WMP skin i think would be awsome with visulisations in the window.

Besides from that he has anxiously prepared a very thought-trough plot ot get you guys interested in it, to get some mysticism around it (I for one enjoyed it VERY much and will be glad to work on such a scheme again ).

trust me, if anything more could have been done in the visualisation field, i would have done it. i spent hrs looking for a good plugin but couldn`t find any, but well, one can`t please everyone :canadian:
