If you want to skin it, try the k-scheme archive at kaleidoscope.net. They don't have the aqua k-scheme though, but that's what you want to find.

You know, there was a theme file that had OS X's gui. It was called "Liquid", I believe. I'll have to poke around and see if I can't find it. It was free since it is just a regular old Mac theme file. Let you know if I stumble across it.
I'll try and put up my old OS9 aqua installer kit tommorrow sometime. (It has everything possible to make you OS 9 to look like X) as I said, I will try to stuff it and post it sometime tommorow.

I was going though the logs and found this post.
There seems to be an unfair amount of customization applications for XP and not as many for OS9 but I guess you could just say OS9 is kinda like Win98 eh? 
Anyway for any OS9 users out there I just thought I'd let you know I am updating the Aqua page soon (within a week) and there is gonna be three new aqua schemes on it (aqua, smoothstripes aqua, smoothstripes graphite).
Check back I am working hard to get it up asap.

Well I have a real nice Aqua theme for Kalaidascope. It was made by Railhead design a while back. I opened it up and updated the buttons to the newer OS X 10.2 style. I might be able to set it up for download if there is enough interest.
