Downtime...

Since members have been complaining about the downtime of the site, please post the time, and the error you recieve when the site is down.

It died at 22:30 CET, back to life at 22:56. Got some MySQL error..

Came back to life about 4:55 PM EST

The error was: "Operation timed out when connecting to..."

K guys i have joined up to monitor this, since I run the server it's on. I'm still wondering about the curious downtimes myself. I've actually spent the better of 2 days narrowing down why any problems would cause.

My other servers are not experiencing this.

update:

It seems its only at times where the server dips into its swap when load issues occur and possibility of outages, I have ordered additional ram for this server.

Will let you know when it goes in etc.

i dont even remember what day it was.. but it surely came back in the morning..

Don't know if Timan has told you, but check the posts at this page and you'll get dates and times of recent server hiccups. You'll probably need to be registered with AquaXP to view that page, btw. Thanks for looking into things.
