yz's you just right click and go to settings after you put your new back ground in the right folder. I think its the same for about everything else...

I'm a Mac OS X user, and I have looked through the Dock Preferences... but I couldn't see any options regarding the background of the Dock. Sorry.

Unsanity has a ton of stuff to customize OS X.
Some of it's free and some not, but all are quality.

EDIT: what i would really like to kno if it is possible to have 2 differnt docks!! i always had 2 on my pc and kinda get used to having system icosn and such on the right and apps on teh bottom... 
I noticed that most of those "Haxies" claim to support Mac OS X 10.2 Jaguar. What about us Mac OS X 10.3.2 Panther users?
